The Practice

Design led Chartered Architect with experience in all sectors of the industry for both commercial and private clients.

The practice has also provided design and technical support for interior design and planning consultants throughout the UK since 2010.

We are Conservation accredited by the Royal Institute of British Architects, and able to offer specialist advice on the repair of Listed/Historic Buildings and can administer repairs grant aided by Historic England.

Our objective as a practice is listen to your requirements as a client and to the best of our ability provide you with a design led solution.

All appointments are in accordance with RIBA terms and conditions of appointments

New Build Design

We design new buildings for private and commercial clients and offer a full service from feasibility to the completion.

We are able to provide a partial service up to the tender/quotation stage.

We are able to provide planning advice, however for complex projects we would recommend the appointment of Planning Consultant.

Historic Building Repair and Conservation

As conservation accredited architects, we are able to offer specialist advice on the conservation and repair of Historic buildings.

As affiliate members of the CIfA (Chartered Institute for Archaeologists), we are able to undertake documentary research recording and analysis to support planning, Listed Building, and Scheduled Monument submissions.

Technical Advice

We develop and detail production information for submission to Local Authority Building Control (LABC) for Full Plan, Building Notice and Regularization.

We will also advise where the appointment of Specialist subcontractors Conservation sustainability and structures are required.
